Shri Pankaj Jain,

Shri Pankaj Jain has been appointed by the Central Government as Government Nominee Director of the Board of IIFCL w.e.f 1st January 2016 until further orders.
Pankaj Jain is an IAS officer of the 1990 batch, currently the Additional Secretary, Department of Financial Services, Ministry of Finance, Government of India. He is an alumnus of Shri Ram College of Commerce from where he has a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce followed by an MBA from FMS Delhi. He also has a professional qualification in the discipline of accounting as an Associate of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India. He has worked for the Governments of Assam and Meghalaya. This encompasses being District Magistrate at Shillong and Tura along with assignments in the Secretariat and State Corporations dealing with Power, Planning, Information Technology, Livelihood Promotion and Industries as well as being Director with the Government of India in the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises. His work experience also includes a three year stint with the British International Aid Agency - the Department for International Development (DFID) as Governance Adviser and Senior Program Manager. His areas of interest include Intellectual Property Rights where he has collaborated with UNIDO to develop an IPR guide for the Indian Toy Industry. He has also been a consultant to the Commonwealth Secretariat and the Asian Productivity Organisation on adoption of IT by small and medium enterprises in India and Bangladesh.

 Shri Anand Madhukar
Government Nominee Director
Shri Anand Madhukar is an IRPS (Indian Railway Personnel Service) Officer of 1997 Batch. At present he is posted as Officer on Special Duty in Department of Financial Services, Ministry of Finance, Government of India. Shri Madhukar hold a Master’s Degree in History from Hansraj Collage, Delhi University. He has also pursued short term courses on Ethics and Governance from UCLA, Berkeley and on Negotiation Strategies from London School of Economics.
Mr. Anand Madhukar has experience of more than 22 years and has held several significant positions which include:
1. Senior Divisional Personnel Officer of Chakradharpur Division of South Eastern Railway heading HR functions for approximately 22,000 employees;
2.  As Chairman of Railway Recruitment Cell of South Eastern Railway, handled Group D recruitment of app. 2500 vacancies having 8 lakh applicants;
3.   As Director (ACC) in DOPT, handled senior appointments in CPSE’s, PSBs, Autonomous Bodies, Tribunals etc. He was awarded with Minister of Railways Award for outstanding performance for the year 2008-09.
4. As Officer on Special Duty in Department of Financial Services, Shi Madhukar has handled Pension Reforms and Banking and is currently handling Institutional Finance. He has been a Government Nominee Director on the Board of UCO Bank since 4.12.2018 and a member of Governing Board of Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) since 13.3.2019. He has also been nominated as a Director on the Board of IFCL Ltd. by DFS w.e.f 9.9.2019.

Shri Kumar V Pratap, 
Government Nominee Director 
Kumar V Pratap is Joint Secretary (Infrastructure, Policy, Finance, and Energy), Ministry of Finance, Government of India. Earlier, he has worked with the Prime Minister’s Office, Ministries of Finance and Urban Development, and Planning Commission (all at New Delhi), and the World Bank and Embassy of India (both at Washington DC). He has lectured at the University of Michigan (Ann Arbor), London School of Economics, Singapore Management University, Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy (Singapore), Duke University (North Carolina), University of Maryland (College Park), University of South Carolina (Columbia), World Bank (Washington DC), Indian Institute of Management (IIM, Lucknow), IIM (Indore),and National Academy of Administration (Mussoorie). He takes a series of ten lectures every year on 'Infrastructure and the Private Sector'​ at the Indian School of Business (Hyderabad and Mohali). 
He has been part of many Government of India committees in the infrastructure sectors including the Task Force for setting up a Road Regulator, and the chair of the Committee writing the Model Concession Agreement for Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs) in the Urban Water Supply sector. He is on the Board of Directors of India Infrastructure Finance Company Limited, Indian Railway Finance Corporation Limited, ONGC Videsh Limited and Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (Beijing).
He has published with Oxford University Press, World Bank, University of Melbourne, Economic and Political Weekly, and the popular press including Economic Times and Business Standard. He has recently written a book entitled 'PPPs in Infrastructure - Managing the Challenges' to be published by Springer (Singapore) in early 2018. He is a recipient of University of Melbourne's Emerging Leaders Fellowship, University of Maryland’s John J Sexton and Doctoral Fellowships, a letter of appreciation from the Indian Prime Minister, and the National Talent Search Examination (NTSE) scholarship.
He has a MBA from IIM, Lucknow (1987) and a PhD from University of Maryland, College Park, USA (2011).

Smt. P V Bharathi is a graduate in Science and is also a Bachelor of Education. She has done her Masters in Arts (Economics). On her professional side as a Banker, she is a Certified Associate of Indian Institute of Bankers and has done an integrated Course on Banking & Finance from NIBM, Pune.  
Beginning her career as an Officer in Canara Bank, she has worked in various capacities in Branches & Administrative Offices of the Bank across the length and breadth of the country and Hong Kong. She was the Bank’s nominated member on the IBA’s Working Group for Standardization of Procedure for Empanelment of Valuers by Banks. She has undergone various training programmes within and outside the country.   Also, she has participated in panel discussions held by Mint, ASSOCHAM, Crisil, etc. She was the Chief Risk Officer of the bank and with her rich experience and high caliber she could reach the level of Executive Director of the Bank in a span of Thirty Four years. She is on the Board of various subsidiaries of the Bank and a Joint Venture - M/s. Commercial Indo Bank LLC, Moscow.  
For her achievements in banking career, she has received various awards and accolades, which include “Jhansi Rani” award for excellence in Banking, “Aryabhata International Award of 2017” for excellence in Banking. 
Shri. Chaitanya Gayatri Chintapalli
Scheduled Commercial Bank Nominee Director
Shri Chintapalli Gayatri Chaitanya joined Bank of India as a Probationary Agricultural Officer in June, 1985.  He has handled several assignments during his 32 years career with the Bank.   Prior to his elevation as Executive Director of Bank of India, he was Chief Executive of Bank of India Singapore Centre covering Singapore, Cambodia, Vietnam, Indonesia & Myanmar.   He has handled Managerial position in various branches across India, thus acquiring all round banking/administrative knowledge.   Shri Chaitanya has got wide overseas experience in various capacities including as a Vice President of New York Branch.   As a team leader he was instrumental in successful implementation of migration systems from Midas to Midas Plus in New York.   He has got in-depth credit knowledge and experience and also got very good experience in IT. 
Shri Chaitanya is a key person, who started the Syndication Cell as a separate Department in Bank of India.   He has got wide experience in Project Finance with Technical Appraisal Department and thus gain vast experience in Power, Road, Steel, Infra and Manufacturing Sectors.
He has been elevated as Executive Director of Bank of India with effect from 09.10.2017.
